  • Vistas de las Olas East is een van de twee suites op deze tweede rij van het strandhuis met een absoluut prachtig uitzicht op de Zee van Cortez. Het bevindt zich in Las Conchas. Vistas de las Olas East heeft een zusterkamer, Vistas de las Olas West, dat is een spiegelbeeld; u kunt een of beide suites huren. Elke suite is geschikt voor 2.

    De suite is prachtig ingericht, comfortabel en uitnodigend. De vloeren zijn rode Mexicaanse tegels en er is overal prachtige decoratieve Mexicaanse tegels. De ruime 600 vierkante voet suite is als een appartement met een slaapkamer. De keuken is uitgerust met een magnetron, een kleine koelkast / vriezer en een koffiezetapparaat (geen fornuis of blender). Ook worden kookgerei, borden, bestek en schoonmaakbenodigdheden verstrekt. om te genieten van uw maaltijden, is er een eetbar met zitgelegenheid. De open haard is zowel gas- als houtverbranding (breng eigen hout- of vuurblokken mee). De woonkamer heeft veel zitplaatsen met een bank en een stoel om te ontspannen. Voor extra plezier is er een satelliet-tv / dvd / videorecorder en een stereosysteem met surround sound. Extra video's, CD's, boeken en tijdschriften zijn ook beschikbaar. De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met mooi en uniek betegeld hoofdeinde en bijzettafeltjes. De ruime badkamer heeft een inloopdouche en nog mooier tegelwerk. Grenzend aan de suite is een groot buitenterras en een zonneterras. Andere voorzieningen zijn plafondventilatoren, centrale verwarming / airconditioning, propaan BBQ en een Hibachi, buitendouche en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand. Lakens en een set handdoeken per persoon zijn aanwezig. Eigenaar vraagt niet roken binnen / huisdieren / kinderen. Minimaal verblijf van twee nachten. Drie nachten minimum op feestdagen

We had a great stay for 4 days. The view from the property is beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including plugin electric burners so that we could cook fresh seafood from the market. I loved how spacious the property was, and the accessibility to the beach. Our only concerns were the very low water pressure in the shower and the toilet, all the sinks worked very well. We had to flush the toilet at least twice each time due to the pressure. The location was also not correctly specified on the map when booking. It shows the location closer to town by Manny's, but this location is actually further away and we found that out once we went to the rental office to check in. I would definitely stay here again as we loved the views and the quitness of the area, just wish the shower and toilet pressure was better.

Cons: location wasn't accurate on the VRBO map which was a slight annoyance to me. it was farther down Las Conchas beach. The units sink doesn't work and no stove. Overall it was a great stay and even with the Cons above I would come back

When we arrived in Rocky Point instruction said pick up key at office. Well, the directions they gave me belonged to a different address. We had to get another hotel for that night. Nevertheless, they have horrible communication. On top of that there was ants everywhere in the room, toilet kept getting clogged.

Reviewer Comments: We got in late, so it was a little tricky finding the right spot, but once we woke up in the morning and saw the view, it was all worth it. The space is clean and cozy, the porch is fantastic, and it's a quick walk down the hill to the beach. Be aware that this is not a full kitchen. There is no stove/oven. Also, I wouldn't recommend walking around outside at night. We encountered about half a dozen sizeable black widows in the dark! Overall we had a great experience. If it had a full kitchen, I would definitely book it again.

Excellent view, and nice looking unit, with lots of space. Clean. Couple of issues, maybe not a big deal for some, but the shower head sprays water in almost a 180 degree pattern, spraying significantly more on all the walls as opposed to yourself. I notified the management company and they replaced it, but they replaced it with an IDENTICAL one, that did the same thing. Other issue is common in central and south America I've seen, but you can't get to the shower handles to turn them on or off without stepping INTO the full spray of the water. Lastly, toilet flushes with very little "power", it's just the cheap design, so you have a hard time even flushing "number one" business. Last of our 3 nights there, the power went off. Not 100%, but like 90%, so that all that would light up was the microwave clock and one small LED light. Nothing else would turn on due to some issue with the power grid. Take that as you will. The kitchen is well stocked BTW, and again - it's a great view. Especially for the price we paid in February. Not sure how it is in summer or tourist season.

However, there was no hot water until we reached out and Oceano came to fix that, even then there was warm water for about 5 minutes. There was no stove. The TV did not have cable only DVD or VHS. Oceano did come out with a TV and fire stick which was difficult to navigate. No extra blankets and no heat. I guess they had a grill, but we had to contact Oceano again, so we said forget the grill. Everything was very dated and not in good condition. No hair dryer. Owner did respond fairly quickly. No tennis courts as the description said.We do love Bryan's Sports Bar.

Los Conchas is a nice, relaxing, and lower key area.

Great view , relaxing, , and just big enough that some family could come by and hang out for the afternoon. What pressure is low and toilet suffers a bit because of that. Overall was really great 👍 Property managers were really nice and helpful to work with. Thank you Tony and Elizabeth.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean view is exceptional! The property is not on the beach but only one back. An amazing ocean experience in peaceful Las Conchas! We saw whales and dolphins from the patio, enjoyed watching the birds and walking on the beautiful beach, which is only about a 2 minute walk away. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and small fridge, but no stove or oven. Plenty of dishes, drinking glasses, silverware, etc. Two plastic chairs are available to bring out to a huge patio shared with only one other unit. We've stayed twice in this unit and would definitely do so again.
