the only reason i am giving this place 2 stars is because the entertainment team was amazing. i had so many bad experiences in the three days i stayed here. when we got in they didn't want to give us an extra room key even though one of our rooms was being occupied by four people. I reserved a double bed room because i knew there were going to be four people in the room, instead i got a master room. when i went to the front desk he told me that i got upgraded to a more "expensive room" but I didn't want the expensive room i wanted the room that i reserved. The staff in the restaurant were rude ( i want to be very specific, not the cooks or the greeters). when we were checking out, they wanted us to pay more money for a towel and a key they had in their possession because we failed to bring it up to the front desk. i was livid at this point. we left the towel in the room and my mom didnt' pick up the card at the kiosk because we weren't told that we needed it in order to not pay extra. the front desk employee Manoel was extremely room and unprofessional. i asked him for a supervisor and he tells me oh there are none on site right now, I have worked customer service my whole life and i know there is always a manager or supervisor on site. the guys at night we fantastic!!! and it is all inclusive there is food all day long and drinks, the bartenders were great! the rooms were ok. the cleaning staff is extremely stingy with their supplies.
