The space
The accommodation is on a 3rd level.
It is designed for families of 2 to 6 members, the 2nd room is an annex of the main room and is accessed through the main one.
It has a smart lock, you will not need keys to access.
The spaces inside the apartment are very large as can be seen in the photos.
Guest access
To enter the neighborhood you will need to access through a security checkpoint, I will take care of announcing their stay in the home, so they can enter and leave without problems.
I'll provide you with a small Wireless Wifi so you have the internet everywhere you go.
The neighborhood is about 3 miles (4km), so you can bike, walk, or run around the neighborhood without any safety issues.
