By sure we got the right score that we have because everyone that stay with us doesn't expect to much and they flow how things are; they are kind and with humility. We don't use to give anyone a special details for any reason like the one that you "demanded" to us. We had the detail you requested because we wanted to make a pleasant service and pleasant stay for your "honey moon" but now seems that you are not very grateful and kind. Either way we appreciate your comment and visit.

Exactly we are listed in Bed and breakfast section. (Without breakfast)We serve just coffee and cookies.Weird about the time of hot water to come because the boiler is very close; Thanks we will check.Internet is fiber optic from Telmex company an the speed is 100Mbps. Hola Karen Johana muchas gracias! Nos agrada que la propiedad y la limpieza haya sido de tu gusto. Las Toallas se cambian a petición del huésped para con esto dar cumplimiento a los programas de sustentabilidad internacionales para ayudar a nuestro planeta. En la ficha informativa de la propiedad en Expedia en su sección de Información Importante claramente se enuncia que el pago es en efectivo. La Aplicación de Expedia nunca realiza cobro alguno; la tarjeta de crédito solo se introduce para garantizar la reserva. El servicio de reservas contratado con Expedia claramente menciona HOTEL COLLECT que significa que la propiedad hace el cobro. Por lo que solo existió el cargo en efectivo (pudiendo ser en transferencia bancaria). Agradeceremos leer toda la información proporcionada para futuras reservas, fue un gusto poder servirles.
