Dear Wai, due to our standard, we don't have to have kettle to boli and similar in the rooms beacause we are not a hotel. We are just rooms with 4* and we are not obligate to have it. We are sorry for the issue with the shower and we are sorry beacuse you didn't tell that at reception. We hope that you will come back some another time. The problem starts when guests that were before someone else in the room doesn't tell us the problem that happend. In your situation we changed your room and we solved the problem. When our guestt are leaving early in the morning we always prepare them a lunch package if the breakfast was included in the booking.
