VILLA PRAESIDIUM, a unique waterfront property with beach access and splash pool

Villa Praesidum is a one-of-a-kind villa, located directly on the beach of Nora, offering breathtaking views of the bay from every corner of this property, The villa extends on 3 floors with approximately 450 square meters of living area, immersed in nature facing the sea, a true pieds-dans-l'eau.
On the ground floor there is a large room with TV area, relaxation area and dining room, a large kitchen, laundry room, massage / beauty treatment room and guest bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. Outside you can enjoy on the front, a veranda with living area, solarium and dining area overlooking the beach, on the back a large garden with splash pool (9 x 3 x 0,90m). Furthermore, there is a built in Barbecue area and an outside shower.

The rates include:
-mid-weekly house cleaning with change of bed linen and towels
- change of pool/beach towels every other day
- beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds / each double room
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, each with ensuite bath/ shower room and a private terrace overlooking the sea.
The second and last floor of the villa, in addition to hosting the master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom, has a spectacular billiard room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea.
All three floors are connected via a spiral staircase and a lift/elevator.
The property is located near the archaeological site of Nora, just a short walk via the beach or via the road.
