We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay

The property is located directly on Claytor Lake in Pulaski, offering guests easy lake access right from the home. It is about 20 to 25 minutes from Radford University and around 40 to 45 minutes from Virginia Tech/Blacksburg. Guests can also enjoy nearby Claytor Lake State Park, which offers boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, a marina, and scenic lake views. Travel times may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.

This lakefront home offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful water views, cozy indoor spaces, and relaxing outdoor areas. The home includes a kitchen, living area, Smart TVs in the living room, basement, screened porch, and master bedroom, plus access to a deck, screened porch, floating dock, kayaks, life jackets, and a hammock. Guests can enjoy lake access, outdoor seating, a fire pit, barbecue, washer/dryer, and free on-premises parking.

Guests will need a car to access the property. The home is located in Lakeview Estates near Claytor Lake, and roads in the neighborhood are curvy and narrow, so guests should drive slowly. Cell service can be spotty near the lake, so we recommend downloading directions before arrival. It can also be very dark at night, so arriving before sunset is recommended when possible. From I-81 Exit 94 in Pulaski, guests can follow Old Route 100, Lowmans Ferry Road, Lizzie Gunn Road, and Chesnut Hill Road into Lakeview Estates. The home is on the left near the bottom of the subdivision.

-The two sleeper chairs on basement level that are cream in color and open to twin beds.
-The sofa bed downstairs with sleeper chairs also pulls out to a queen bed.
-Roads are narrow and curvy, and it can be very dark at night, so arriving before sunset is recommended.
-All TVs are Smart TVs. Cell service can be spotty near the lake, so guests should download directions ahead of time.
-Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be courteous of neighbors and keep noise levels low.
-No parties allowed.
-Do not run the AC with doors open.
-Please lock all windows and doors at checkout.
- Do not use bleach or flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may damage the septic system.
-Please return kayaks to the storage racks at the dock steps and life jackets to the storage closet.
-Do not leave food in the fridge or freezer.
-Bagged trash should be placed in the outside bins beside the storage building.
-Two exterior cameras are on the property, one facing the dock and one facing the driveway/front door.

-To allow us the opportunity to assist promptly, we kindly ask that any issues or concerns at the property be reported during your stay whenever possible. Issues reported after check-out may not be entertained.

-Please note that during the summer months, non-venomous black snakes may occasionally be present around the property due to the natural environment. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety.
.-Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
