VILLA COCO LAGOON 3-bedroom amazing beach front villa in Punaauia with AC, WiFi.

Villa Coco Lagoon is located on a large, private, and peaceful beachfront property in Punaauia at PK18.3, just past the largest white sand beach at PK18, Vaiava Beach, on the west coast of Tahiti.

This charming vacation rental was completely renovated and updated in December 2022. It has retained the charm of traditional Polynesian houses, expressing their character and the art of conviviality through the spaciousness of the living spaces and the presence of colorful local Art Deco pieces. Numerous sculptures, tikis, tifaifais (patchwork of colorful fabrics), and paintings adorn the villa, giving it a unique and authentic Polynesian feel that will immerse you in the atmosphere of our islands.

The villa, with nearly 160m² of living space, overlooks the lagoon. It includes a very large 90m² living room with high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a relaxing lounge area.
This central living room is the heart of the villa; you'll undoubtedly spend most of your time here. Two terraces adjoin this space to better appreciate the outdoors and the spectacular view of the lagoon and the island of Moorea. One of the terraces is covered and sheltered, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in all weather, and the other terrace is pleasantly shaded, nestled beneath a magnificent tree, a badamier known as Autera'a in Polynesian.

Adjacent to the living room is the 20m² master bedroom, which overlooks the sea and accommodates two beds (one California king-size and one queen-size) and has its own bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) and a huge 18m² dressing room.

The second 14m² bedroom, also accessible from the large living room, is located at the rear of the living room and also features a very large bed (Californian king-size) and its own bathroom (toilet, shower, sink).

The third bedroom, measuring 15m² and featuring a large California king-size bed, is located at the rear of the villa, facing the garden, and is not connected to the interior of the villa. It is accessible only from the outside, so we do not recommend it for young children who need to be close to their parents.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a smart TV. High-speed fiber optic internet is available free of charge, as are numerous amenities such as a paddleboard, a kayak, and three sets of snorkels.

The room layout allows for comfortable accommodation of 6 adults and 2 children, or 8 adults.

The lagoon is directly accessible from the garden via a private staircase. There is no beach; the shallow lagoon is at the foot of the stairs. A little further on, wearing bathing shoes, you can go swimming and admire the flora and fauna that make up this incredible lagoon.

The immense wooded property is fully fenced and secured by an automatic gate shared with the owners.
Indeed, the owners also live at the heart of this private property in their villa on the roadside, well set back from Villa Coco Lagoon, offering everyone privacy and independence. Discreet and very friendly, you will only interact with them, and their small dogs, including Coco, on the occasional occasion. The seaside is entirely dedicated to the tenants of Villa Coco Lagoon.

Around the villa, a 10-minute drive away, you'll find numerous attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets, particularly at the Tamanu Shopping Center, which is a 5-minute drive away.

In this geographical area, and given that there is only one road that circles the island, traffic can be quite heavy on weekdays and during school hours, particularly between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please make arrangements in advance if you plan to fly to or from the islands before or after your stay at Villa Coco Lagoon.
