Situated in a peaceful area of Punat, our house is perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday. Holiday Home Linardic has two separate apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor of a family house, it has two balconies, free parking for three to four cars. Our guests can enjoy the spacious garden area with a heated swimming pool with deck chairs, tables and chairs as well as use the barbecue. Welcome!
The space
“Holiday Home Linardic” has the Green Apartment, a two-bedroom apartment (66m²) consisting of a master bedroom with a king-sized bed (1.90m x 2m) opening to a balcony (12m²), a second double bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.40m x 2m) and a garden view, a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, toaster, water kettle, coffee machines…), dining area and the living room area with a sofa bed for one more person, a bathroom and a hallway. The amenities provided include a TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, central heating and a safety deposit box at your disposal.
The Blue apartment on the first floor is a bit bigger with 2 double bedrooms (one with a 1.80x2.00m and one with a 1.60x2.00m bed), a separate living room with 2 sofa beds, a fully-equipped spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. The amenities provided include a TV, wireless internet, air conditioning and a safety deposit box.
The house is located within walking distance of the local beaches (400m), shops and the town centre.

The spacious outside area has free parking for three to four cars in front of the house.
Other things to note
Apart from various everyday beach conveniences, there are regular cultural and entertainment events in Punat and on the island. If you prefer active holidays, you can choose among windsurfing, wakeboarding, scuba diving, tennis, cycling, beach volleyball, hiking trails etc.
