'It was beautiful however there was no kitchen. Just a hotplate and a sink. The only shower is outdoors and the bathroom is pretty far from the tents. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to others!'

' Adam was a great host. His place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable—the beds in particular were excellent. He was also very responsive, replying within minutes whenever we had questions. The property is located in a gated community, which made us feel safe at all times of the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; Daniel’s Pizza and the bakery across the street quickly became our go-to spots.'

'Air conditioning works perfectly; the kitchen is so complete; my husband and I enjoy cooking together; we had such a fun time there; and the sounds of coquis and the nature of Puerto Rico are so soothing. We visited beaches at Luquillo and Fajardo, took the ferry to Culebra, and drove to Old San Juan multiple times. Vicente and Andre's property is so beautiful, we definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering renting it!'

'This is a clean, nice apartment in a good location. The host is nice and responsive. The problem we faced was incredibly loud music coming from restaurant below between 10:00 pm and 11:30 pm, even though the restaurant officially closed at 10pm. After the music stopped we still had trouble sleeping from loud dogs barking the rest of the night. '

'What a fun experience we had at this property! The ocean is right out the door and it gave us a taste of real island neighborhood living. The host was on property and answered any questions we had quickly. Listening to the waves at night was relaxing and the golfcart going to and from the property was fun. It was a great place to start our Puerto Rican vacation!'

'Our three week stay was great. The location of the unit was great with easy access to most things. The reason for a three star rating is the unit was not clean, just superfically clean. The fans and AC vents have not been cleaned in months. The window sills and windows very dirty. The kitchen cabinents were full of grease and were never cleaned from the last guest.
