During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the second floor of Residencial Born, as well as all the shared areas of the complex. You can freely enjoy both swimming pools, the two jacuzzis, the gym, the gazebo, the BBQ area, the playground, the gardens, and the private parking.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and guests, the residential complex has controlled access and an internal set of rules that must be respected throughout your stay. Only guests included in the reservation may access the residential complex and the apartment, unless prior authorization has been given by management. Use of the common areas is subject to the condominium's schedules and rules, including respecting noise levels, caring for facilities, and following the community's established coexistence policies.

Rates:

Towel: refundable deposit of US$10.

Lounger: Adults (12 years and older): US$50 | Children (2 to 11 years): US$25.

Balinese bed: Adults (12 years and older): US$85 | Children (2 to 11 years): US$42.50.

Important: The Beach Club has limited capacity, so advance reservation is required. If you wish to enjoy this experience during your stay, our team will be happy to help you arrange your reservation before you arrive or during your stay, subject to availability.

Born is located in one of the fastest-growing areas of Bávaro, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and all the necessary services for a comfortable stay. In just a few minutes, you can reach Bávaro Beach, El Cortecito, Los Corales, Downtown Punta Cana, San Juan Shopping Center, and some of the best golf courses in the area.

Getting around Punta Cana is very simple. We recommend using a rental vehicle, Uber, or taxi to travel comfortably between beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers. If you wish, we can arrange your private transfer from Punta Cana International Airport before your arrival.
