Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The place was nice. Staff were friendly. Made reservations at the different restaurants on our first day and most of them had limited availability. Among the three restaurants we reserved for dinner, we only enjoyed one. The supposedly Asian place Tao Cat was awful. Nothing Asian about it. And the Italian place Mama Mia wasn't a good one either. The only one we liked was Bloved. We were also tricked into being invited over for "VIP benefits" whatever which is basically them selling Exclusive Traveler membership that took half of our day. The room we were staying in also felt warm at 23-24 degrees. When we requested for something colder, helpdesk on the phone said that was the lowest setting they had for all the hotel rooms (not sure if that was true). Rooms were also old and wasn't well lighted. We also arranged for hotel pick up going to the airport and the transport we booked wasn't allowed to enter the hotel premises and they had us go to the property entrance via golf cart. They also gave "massage coupons" which felt like a scam since the spa apparently didn't have any availability for the next 3days or so. Not sure if they had availability if we weren't using the coupons though
