The space
This newly-built Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. It also has a kitchen equipped with the essentials, a dining room, and a comfortable living room area with TV, couches, AC and ceiling fan.
In the backyard, you will find a walkout patio and green space, furnished with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining set. The patio also has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and the outdoor utensils you need for grilling and outdoor dining are provided. The backyard is also surrounded by a fence for your privacy.
The backyard also has a private pool with massage jets. The pool and backyard have nightlights, so you can easily go from soaking up the tropical sunny days to enjoying a nightcap under the starry night sky in this relaxing oasis.

The villa is located in a private residential complex with 24/7 private security. The house has a driveway with 2 available parking spots right at the doorstep.
As part of the residential complex, you will also have access to 2 shared pools and a basketball court. There is plenty of open space for walking and exercising.
There is uber service in the area and several car-rental companies as well.
Other things to note
** When booking with us, you'll have a local co-host in punta cana available for any inquiries. We care about our guests and want you to have a great time during your stay.

** We can assist you finding a taxi, renting a car or anything else that could make your stay better. We are here to help, don't be afraid to ask.

** Not smoking anywhere within the property. There is plenty of space outdoors to do so if you need to.

** No extra guests unless approved by the host.
