Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Hotel property is really pretty. 80% of staff is very nice, other 20% they either dislike being asked things or they just hate their job. You can tell they are understaffed (and overbooked) so this is why they might not have ideal staff on each role and they struggled to check in guests on time and to correct rooms. Room smelled like humidity all trip long and they couldn't solve it (they didn't even offer to change rooms) our “personal concierge” wasn't really even a “concierge” and he tried to sell us a “family promotion” almost every day so be aware of that.
The two tours we did were phenomenal! (Snorkel trip to Isla Catalina) and 9-in-1 activities in a park. Best part of trip.
Restaurants were good (not great) with the buffet being always best option.
Spa was “ok” masseuses are not as good as Ive seen in other places.
Wife got stung by bee and when we went to get cream in “first aid area” they wanted to charge us $200. Crazy
Overall good for families given price but they need to improve staff, relay expectations about place from get go and get better at room readiness.
