Lighting was poor and there were limited electrical outlets. None of which were in the bathroom for blow dryer, straightener, etc. The shades were smaller in width in comparison to the windows in the bathroom, which allowed for anyone outside to see into the shower and bathroom. I had to use a towel with clips to cover the area. The mirror in the bathroom had a button to turn on for lightning, but it was inoperable. Staff later informed me that there was no electrical current to the mirror. The shower was open and did not have doors, which caused the entire bathroom floor to be covered in water, including the toilette area. To get around the marina, you needed to use golf carts which had a 5 day rental minimum. The amount of golf carts available were limited to the amount of guests in the area. In order to get an UBER, you have to walk away from the Hotel to the entrance of the gate, which is an approximate 10 minutes of a walk. Consider this when forecast is pouring rain. Hotel only served breakfast which is a separate fee and the pool, although visibly pleasant, is small. For the amount of money paid, I was left unsatisfied.
