'Room Services: Even with the DND sign on the door, the room attendant let herself in MULTIPLE TIMES without permission while we were still in the room. The first time I was undressed in a towel and very upset that she just walked herself in. I said something and she just continued to do things in the bathroom and tv area. She left. Forgot something and tried to let herself back in without permission. FURIOUS! I went to concierge and explained my frustration. All they offered was an apology. But...
