'As Diamond Members, we were very disappointed with our stay at CHIC Resort. Check-in was extremely slow and took valuable time away from what should have been an enjoyable vacation and 50th birthday celebration.
Cleanliness was a major concern throughout the resort. We witnessed an employee filling a mop bucket with water from the pool, which was very concerning. Cigarette butts were scattered throughout the property, and several areas appeared poorly maintained.
