'Staff was very friendly, butler cleifin was awesome and let us know everything going on and booked us reservations for restaurants on the resort. “Freddys” was our concierge and he and he took well care of us. Biviana helped with setting up my girlfriends birthday and decorating her room. All in all it was a vibe and im glad i got to experience this resort.'

'This is best place to stay for luxury and relaxing. If you are looking for an all inclusive resort this is not it. If you want fine dinning , sophistication with great ceremony and amenities this is the place to go.'

'The hotel is ran down and not well kept in terms of cleanliness. A lot of the staff only speaks Spanish which is hard to communicate what’s wanted or needed when most do not understand you. I don’t expect them to be fluent but to atleast know the basics working in a hotel in a high tourist area. Our water didn’t work for about the first 2 days - the water pressure was SUPER LOW and didn’t warm up. I asked for cleaned towels and one of them had a HUGE brownish water stain on it.
