'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'Hotel is smashing. Very beautiful architecture. Great butler service to attend every needs in great details. Terrace of ocean view in Castle is delightful. Food in Steakhouse is highly recommended. Andalusian style bar is beautiful w sometimes live music. Service is amazing despite many gusts. Special thanks to my butler Camacho who helped us above and beyond. 'The room was not new but it was nice. The TV and the hair dryer weren't working at first. They fixed the TV there was more of learning how to use it. And the hair dryer you needed to pull the trigger like a gun, but it worked fine after that. The beach was fantastic the pool and drinks were very good, the food was acceptable. The Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best. We came for the golf and we enjoyed the golf thoroughly. Thank you too Jose Bautista who helped us out. '
