'It was a large property with lots of bars, pools, and restaurants. We have been to many all inclusive in the last 20 years and unfortunately this was one of the worst. The staff was not overly friendly, the pools had lots of scum, bugs, and debris floating in them, our bedsheets had blood on them, our bathroom smelled like sewer, and our TV did not work for 3 days. However, our concierge Frailin was helpful and then Pedro at one of the bars was great. The food was mediocre but the beach was...

'The swim up bar was not stocked or operating. The foam pool party during the day was fun and staff were fun and friendly. The SPA was amazing, I had a great 50min massage. '
