We had a wonderful time at Majestic Mirage! The facility was wonderful, we loved the food and the staff was incredible. The staff was by far the best part. Everyone was so kind and wonderful. Juan Carlos, Leonel, Nelson, Victor, Juan, Angel, Cesar, Nicole, Gustavo, and Roberto were consistently kind, caring and made us feel like family. We will be back to see these wonderful people.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay but the food was not good. However that is seriously the only bad thing to say. We did Mirage club swim up suite and got placed on the side of the hotel so we had more privacy which was nice (not facing the pool). We did request a king bed and got 2 queens. I would suggest calling the resort before arriving to confim room location and bed.

This is our second time staying at Majestic Mirage and plan to rebook. Our butler, Wilber, has been amazing both years and is super helpful with reservations and daily communication. The resort food is above the standard ‘resort food’ with plenty of options. Our room was always clean, minibar stocked and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is beyond incredible and a big reason we love it. Shoutout to Yenis at the casino bar, Rafi and all the pool bartenders and the whole casino staff! We look forward to seeing everyone next year.

Most importantly they charge $90 if you accidentally lose your bracelet. It's very loose and it comes off and I accidentally lost it. There is no poolside food, Only drinks at the bar. Beachside had only chicken and the same chicken every day. Some nacho cheese but watered down.

We had an overall very positive stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana and felt it delivered the luxury, calm atmosphere we were looking for, specifically, an upscale resort without excessive partying or noise. The food was outstanding and far exceeded typical all-inclusive standards. High-quality T-bone and ribeye steaks, along with lobster, scallops, and sashimi, were consistently delicious and felt truly 5-star. Dining was one of the strongest aspects of our stay. A very special mention goes to Francisco, our butler, who was exceptional. The animation staff — Pedro, Roberto, Juan, and Manuel — were phenomenal and one of the highlights of our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, though cleanliness could be improved to fully match its luxury caliber, particularly in room detailing and linens. Additionally, service attitudes were not as warm or welcoming as the Dominican hospitality we are accustomed to. We also noticed that flies were occasionally present around food areas. While this can happen in tropical settings, more attentiveness would be good. Overall, Majestic Mirage offers a high-quality, upscale experience with incredible food. With improvements in consistency around cleanliness and service warmth, it has the potential to be truly exceptional. Customer service needs to be drastically improved. Staff should not have scowls or feel as if patrons are a bother. We would still recommend it to travelers seeking a refined, relaxing luxury resort.

We stayed at Majestic Mirage for 9 nights and had an amazing experience. The resort is huge and feels very grand from the moment you arrive. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was ready immediately. Our butler, Morillo, was fantastic—very responsive, thoughtful, and even decorated our room for our anniversary. The room was spacious with a large balcony. The staff was constantly cleaning, and despite the size of the resort, it never felt crowded. There was always availability at restaurants, beach beds, and seating around the property. The beach was beautiful with no seaweed during our stay, and vendors were not pushy. Food was very good with lots of buffet options. The steakhouse was excellent, and the café stood out for strong coffee, fresh juices, and great desserts. Drinks were strong and well made. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and looked forward to the nightly 9pm entertainment, which was a lot of fun. This is not a party resort—more of a relaxed, chill vibe, which we loved. We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Just wanted to share how amazing our stay has been at Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana. The resort is absolutely beautiful, and everything here is truly exceptional. We attended the Christmas Eve buffet, and I can honestly say I have never seen such an abundance and variety of food anywhere else. Every kind of seafood you can imagine, an incredible selection of dishes, and amazing desserts—if you can think of it, they had it. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the presentation easily deserves 10 stars. We’ve been here for 5 days now, and the staff truly does a tremendous job. Everyone is kind, polite, helpful, and always smiling. There is nothing better than walking around and being treated like a queen. My whole family is in love with this place and the people—especially Junior and Naomi, who made our stay even more special. We’ve stayed at many hotels throughout the Caribbean, and I can honestly say this is the best experience we’ve ever had. If you’re planning a vacation anywhere, choose Majestic Mirage—we will definitely be back.

Property was nice. Stayed in 5307 and thought it strange that there were motion sensors in the restroom areas. They only blinked when we moved around. Wondered if they were also cameras. Shower dripped at night and long delays in getting requested items when calling the front desk. . Staff was a bit indifferent but overall good. Loved the free cabanas and it was not overcrowded on the beach.

The hotel was truly impressive, as shown in the pictures. Our butler, Wilbur, exceeded all expectations he was incredibly attentive, proactive, and consistently pleasant. The staff overall was wonderful, and the entertainment team was especially kind and engaging, particularly Xavier and Babyface. The food was excellent across the resort, with the French restaurant being my favorite. Overall, every dining experience was really, really good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Have been coming here for 7 years. I think that speaks for itself. This was the 1st time, however both my wife and myself got sick from something we ate. Spoke to other guests and they shared similar experience this year. Aside from this, our stay was very enjoyable and will go back next year.

Not really clean, Friendly staffs You need to remind them of the amenities you need multiple times and room service and room cleaning takes sooo long I left in the AM went back to the room to get changed around 3-4pm, room was still not cleaned. Wasnt sure if it was low staff as it wasnt the peak season, but even if i request cleaning service to be done by specific time, it was never met.

Great room and hotel. But one need to be aware of the sargasso issue which is annoying. The pool is a great alternative. Food is great. Entertainment is also nice. And you can walk between the 3 properties. Still a good balance between cost, distance and comfort. I’m planning to go again during my next vacation.

I’m going to try to make this review as quick and to the point as possible. This was my first time doing an all inclusive resort and I must say I’m pretty disappointed. the positives: from when we got there, we were greeted in a nice professional matter, checking in was nice. We had our service man show us around and inform us about the resort. Everyone was very friendly and it felt very safe. The food from the steak house, hibachi, and the seafood spot next to the beach was very good. The coffee spot was great and the gym was okay. The room service was very good. We always came back to a very clean room. Now onto the negatives- the AC in the Room did not work and also the drainer to the hot tub when you push down it did not work and did not keep the water in the tub. It just kept draining. My girlfriend and I got the rooftop suite which had the beach canopy with the bed and hot tub. we got a room change three days into our stay and we only staying for five days so we were only able to use the rooftop for maybe Two days including last day for checking out which when you put it together, we only had a day or so to use it so it completely beat the purpose of spending so much for this suite; the drinks were extremely weak from every single bar. The excursions you can just get online. You don’t have to get at the resort. The excursions offered at the resort are twice the amount of money as to the ones you can find online. Overall I wouldn’t come back to this resort.
