Property Overview

This elegant two-story villa has been designed to offer comfort, spaciousness, and functionality.

On the first level, you’ll find a spacious, fully furnished living room with a TV and plenty of space for socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. The dining room features a spacious table that seats eight people.

This floor also includes a guest bathroom for guests’ convenience.

The outdoor area features a spacious patio that opens directly onto the private pool, equipped with patio furniture and offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Caribbean climate.

The three bedrooms are located on the second level:
• Super Deluxe Suite: spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom. It features a walk-in closet, nightstands, and plenty of space to organize your belongings.
• Junior Suite: bedroom with a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and closet.
• Mini-suite with bunk beds, ideal for children. The two beds are twin beds.
The villa comfortably accommodates 6 people, but can accommodate up to 8 guests due to its large size.
Additional guests will sleep on air mattresses, so it’s important to confirm this before booking for more than 6 people.


All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum comfort.

Vista Cana is a resort featuring spacious grounds, abundant green areas, and several natural lakes, as well as swimming pools throughout the complex.

Since this is a tropical area, surrounded by nature and wildlife, it’s possible that insects (such as small bugs or spiders) may occasionally appear inside the villa.

We always perform a thorough and professional cleaning before each guest’s arrival. We use ozone equipment and follow all applicable sanitation protocols. However, due to the natural surroundings and the proximity to lakes, mosquitoes or other insects may occasionally be present.

This is a common occurrence in tropical destinations and should be taken into consideration.

Occasional power and water outages

Vista Cana is a developing area, and very rarely, there may be brief power outages due to work being done in the area.
When this happens, the water pump stops working, and the apartment or villa may be temporarily without water.

These events are uncommon, and when they do occur, they generally last only a few minutes.
It is important that guests be aware of this possibility.
