'The hotel is very clean and the furnishings are modern. The staff were very courteous and breakfast and the rooftop bar/restaurant were great. The location is perfect - views of the Peace River and lots of restaurants and bars located close by, including Fisherman’s Village. '

However, the day we were checking out, we went to use the restroom on the first floor near the store and a piece of ceiling tile with a light in it, fell from the ceiling and hit my girlfriend in the face. 'A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.'

'room was clean, but somewhat dated. Went to the hotel common area for the continental breakfast, but it was too crowded. Food was gone and no room to sit and eat. Pool was nice, but small and again too crowded to enjoy. Staff were very nice and professional. '
