Upon arriving, you will find a covered patio with a ramp for your wheeled luggage. Beyond this, you will walk out to your private deck with a dock. You will want to linger here with a chance to see the Manatee. This canal gives you direct access to the canal system that leads you right out to Charlotte Harbor and then out to the Gulf Coast. Stop at the Historic Riviera Bar and Grill on your way out on the water. You get use of 2 sit-on-top Yellow Fin kayaks.
There is a boat launch directly across from your dock to load your boat.
Step inside, and you are in the sun filled dining area. Living area has a swivel chair and a full sofa. Above this, you will find games and books.
DVD player and Roku stick for streaming. The coffee bar is nicely appointed. The kitchen is fully furnished and even has an air fryer. The bathroom is clean and convenient, w/toilet bidet, shower w/small tub. Bedroom has a new memory foam hybrid Queen size mattress that awaits you at the end of the day. There is a television and a separate A/C unit to keep you cool and comfortable. Space heater for the cooler nights.

Conveniently located just a few steps from your door, are the Resorts pool, Huge hot tub, laundry facility and club house, They also have billiards, shuffleboard, horseshoes. and a gas fire pit for social gatherings.
