      Guard gated community, Golf membership transfer included when requested in advance. Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities. 

      This beautifully open layout is the perfect space to entertain and enjoy time together. A split floor plan affords privacy as well. 

      Living Area:

      Plenty of comfortable seating is perfect for relaxing together and watching a movie or enjoying a lively game night. 

      Open to the Kitchen and Dining Room Space:

      The incredible kitchen will make the chef in your family proud to prepare any meal, with plenty of counter space and room to maneuver, while still being part of the rest of the room.

     Office:

     Work from home in the dedicated office space with desk already set up and with big windows letting in the light. 

     Bedrooms:

     When you enter the house, the first bedroom is the queen on your right. There is a full bathroom there as well. Down the hallway to your left youll find the two twin bedroom with attached bathroom. 

      Past the kitchen to the left youll find the tucked-away spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and lanai access. 

      Lanai:

      The outdoor kitchen, spacious dining table, comfortable seating lounge and multiple chaise loungers leave plenty of relaxing spaces to enjoy the outdoor Florida lifestyle.

Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.  This is a chlorine pool.

The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store. 

There is a 30-day minimum rental for this property.

There is not a golf cart with the house.

Gate access is added once guests complete registration.

     This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog.  There is a two-dog limit.

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
