Although La Amada has everything you might need, Cancún’s downtown and hotel zone are just a 15-minute drive away. We recommend using a taxi service to leave the development, as public transport does not operate directly within Playa Mujeres.

Always treat with respect and dignity the service staff
Notify immediately about any damage or incident on the property
After 22hrs loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level
Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation
Do not bring food in the bedrooms
Not allowed to climb on the couches with shoes
It is mandatory to carry and use the orange towels provided by the condominium, These must have the building and apartment number engraved on them.
It is forbidden to hang clothes, towels or objects on terraces, windows or any other external portion of the private unit.
Guest regulations must be signed at check-in.
Food and beverages may not be consumed inside the pools and/or Jacuzzis, except at the designated bar.
The Condominium, the Sub-condominium Manager and the Supervisory Committee will not be responsible for the loss or theft of any object left in the pool facilities.
The use of loudspeakers or any other sound equipment in the common areas is prohibited.
