'This Holiday Inn Express was exceptional Raquel was wonderful and I can't say enough nice things about how helpful she was. The hotel was extremely busy and it didn't matter as she provided assistance on numerous occasions and was so pleasant and professional
The entire staff was so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious

'Amazing stay with a wonderful staff! Traveling with a baby is always difficult for families but Riley at the front desk was especially very helpful and gave us everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. Will definitely book this hotel again!!'

'The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working.
We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.
The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.'

'The hotel was nice, very clean, breakfast was basic, but nice. Parking was easy and it is conveniently located to walk to the casino. The only thing that was concerning was it felt like shady stuff was happening with upper management. It made me very uncomfortable.'
