'Extremely friendly, helpful and processional staff. Great location. Although in an older area typical of Naples, nevertheless the suite is very clean and spacious with sufficient amenities, and with our 4-person suite and lobby uniquely decorated with wooden antiquities of the recent past. Not to mention we’ve enjoyed a great breakfast sitting on the balcony overlooking a beautiful garden that has a huge turtle. It’s been a unique and interesting experience. Would come back again.'

'The room was large, bright, and nicely styled. Mario and Maria were both wonderfully kind and accommodating, which made the stay even better. The property is right in the heart of town, so everything was easy to reach. Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours. 'We drove from the airport. Did not know that GPS does not help in Old Town. Too often went the wrong way down one-way street and had to back out. Drove around and around trying to find the hotel. It’s down an alley with no sign on the little tiny street. Luckily, I inquired in advance about a parking lot. Without that name, we might still be driving around! 'Great accomodation, close to the centre of Napels. Multiple metro stations nearby, walkable neighbourhood, many museums and churches to be found. The room was neat and tidy, staff was very friendly.breakfast was very good and appreciated, airconditioning was available (but due to perfect temperature during the stay, not needed). Coffee machine (with Neapolitan coffee!) and kettle are in the room. Linnen was refreshed frequently and room was cleaned daily to keep it tidy. Plenty of dining...

'This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. 'We were picked up at the airport by a wonderful driver, Alex, who offered ideas for places to eat and what to eat. We did as he suggested. Arianna, the host of the hotel, met us and showed us to our spacious, newly renovated room. Fortunately there’s an elevator to accommodate large bags. Napoli is a busy, noisy city, yet our room was calming and quiet. Good stay! '

"The service in Hotel Royal Continental is perfect. We stayed for 5 nights. People are friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, lovely bathroom (shower in the bath tub). Room and beds comfortable. Our room was on the side of the hotel with a nice view on the Mediteranean. Nice balcony. Within a 15 minutes walk one is on the Piazza Plebiscito. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. Coffee was good.The only minor point was the orange juice. Freshly pressed oranges were missed. The stay in the hotel would be even nicer with chairs on the balcony, because the view is really nice. Besides these 2 minor points: an excellent hotel."
