'The online reviews and the accuracy of what was advertise pretty spot on. Well stocked, I underestimated the towels provided part lol. We were able to extend our stay since lucky for is there was availability to extend the stay. So cozy, pictures doesn’t really do justice, but the atmosphere was amazing. We had a relaxed enjoyable vacation my children enjoyed it every moment they could. The peace and tranquility, the hammock to porch swing, I mean it was a perfect retreat for our family. Jasons...

'Jose was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive to all questions asked and in a timely manner. The property was perfect for our needs, very clean, with a large spacious floor layout. Private rooms allowed for personal space. Latest media technology made watching Sat football games very easy. Thanks Jose for a great stay, looking forward to book it again when I’m in the area. '

'The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was close to restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. There was also plenty of hiking trails nearby. Katherine answered all of my questions quickly. '

'This is a property that is very good for large family gatherings, which is how we gathered for a birthday celebration. This area of CT. is great and has lots to do.The house is in the perfect location to do all of it.Again, suits large groups well. Room for everyone.'

'The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!!'

'Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. Thanks Kerry! 'The house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 young children. We had plenty of space and the rooms worked out perfectly. My 4 year old grandson absolutely loved the backyard with the playscape and especially the zipline. We loved taking a walk near the water and going to Squantz Pond. We had a wonderful time and if we ever need a place to stay in that area, we would definitely stay there again.'

'We stayed for a birthday weekend with a few other couples and had a great time. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and each 'area' of the house is incredibly comfortable (especially the movie theater). If you need anything there are plenty of stores close by and the area is very safe. Overall, no complaints and would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.'

'If you are looking for a home that will fit a group of 8, look no further. This home was just the right size for our group of six adults and two children (9 yr olds). Two of the rooms had king beds and the other two were queen beds. Couches were really comfortable and cozy. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We came to New York to visit a Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick for some tours. Overall, I highly recommend this place.'
