'Clean room was cozy and smelled amazing'

'Schone en ruime kamers, goede bedden, standaard ontbijt. Gunstige ligging t.o.v. winkels en restaurants.'

'Need a better breakfast than what was offered'

'We had coffee cups but no coffee pots, we asked and they said because we were close to the lobby. That was true but when we wake up early we don’t want to come out our room half dress.'

'Booked 2 beds and had 3 ppl, front desk was rude and wouldn’t let the 3 stay without paying extra, also told us we would be subject to a hefty fine if we had any visitors, when all I needed was something dropped off to me. Bugs in the room but other than that hotel was in a good location.'

'It’s oke. '

'De eerste kamer was niet schoongemaakt. Bed was wel opgemaakt maar er waren vlekken in de lakens. Er lagen haren in het bed alsmede lag er nog ondergoed in het bed. De vloer was vettig. Na de klacht kregen we een andere kamer. Ik twijfel eraan of de lakens van dat verschoon waren.Vloer was wederom vettig.'

'Booked room thru Expedia. Expedia charged my card $158. Get to hotel. They say room is booked but they only received $38. They said I have to pay the balance. I left. Still awaiting refund.'

'The refrigerator was unplugged until I plugged it in. The washcloths and towere were rough cheap ones. The light didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The tv was snowy and desk person just shrugged. So no tv. No table. Or chair. Just an old soft chair'

'They didn't have my reservation, which was made about a month before my stay. They never notified me. I will be contacting Expedia for a full refund AND a credit to make this right... or... BONUS POINTS... Expedia please feel free to be proactive and take care of this without further contact initiated from me. As I spend $1000s/ year on Expedia, Full Refund + $50 is what will take to make this right. Thank you.'

'Wonderful experience with friendly and efficient service nd beautiful spacious room'

'This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!'

'Fix the water pressure and warmth of your showers!!!'

'Handige locatie, prima kamer voor de prijs'
