'We had a very nice stay at this hotel. There were some mixed experiences as we did not like the set dinner menu and the breakfast but were blown away by the lunch. We would recommend to not play music at the pool and change the black and white plastic cups to at least seethrough plastic glasses which would better fit the rest of the hotel experience.'

'Our stay at Diamonds Mapenzi Beach had several positive aspects. The location is good, the pool area is nice, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. That said, there are a few points worth being aware of. The rooms appear more worn in reality than the pictures suggest, which detracts from the overall impression. In addition, the food unfortunately falls below expectations. Considering the price, the culinary experience could have been significantly better. This...

'The resort is Ok and the staff is nice, rooms are good and clean. Main disadvantage are the big distances o be covered between room and beach and between room and restaurant. Just too long. The hotel is too big for me... Furthermore not really flexible. "No, it is not possible" seems to be the default answer to customer questions.'

Inaccettabili i frequenti black out elettrici.'

'Rooms were beautiful, clean & well stocked each day. Grounds immaculate & landscaping lush & tropical. Attention to details everywhere. Staff excellent & food in all restaurants were top notch. Beach is absolutely breathtaking, esp the low tides make for magical photos'

Super Hotel!'

'The hotel has been rented to Egyptian guy. We got to the hotel and we were told we will be sharing a bathrooms with other guest. i advise the front desk clerk i made my reservation for room with a view and will not be sharing bathroom with other guest. The hotel in under new ownership and the Egyptian guy sits at the entrance watching the guest( very uncomfortable and creepy and he is a chain smoker). a skinny dark skinned guy. The hotel has changes its name. Was not easy to locate. there are no...

Staff super, Roberta e i colleghi ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Super consigliato! '

'We arrived for our honeymoon and it was simply a dream! The room is breathtaking, decorated to the most beautiful level we have ever seen, privacy, private pool, we took all inclusive and enjoyed every moment, the hotel staff was warm, charming and pleasant and responded to our every request, the hotel has 2 restaurants, in the main hotel restaurant the breakfast was excellent, the second restaurant on the beach the lunch and dinner were excellent and we felt like we were in a Michelin...
