Located on the popular Llŷn Peninsula, Cae-Calch is a fabulous three bedroom bungalow in seaside village Morfa Nefyn. The location, on one of the most popular stretches of Wales coastline, is fabulous for outdoor lovers wanting to enjoy the best of the area. Sleeping six people in total, the spacious property is ideal for families or groups of friends.

The bungalow has a simple layout, with a mix of contemporary and traditional furnishings, creating a relaxing and cosy space to enjoy. Entering through the main door, a small porch opens into the spacious and modern lounge. French doors to one end allow in plenty of natural light. Two teal fabric sofas are located in an L shape around a modern wooden coffee table, with two additional contemporary designer leather chairs finished in a rust colour. Mexican pine side tables and chests are dotted around with a mix of table lamps for cosy evening lighting. A modern glass fire place is mounted on the wall above a slate hearth, and a TV is located in the corner of the room. The soft furnishings and central floor rug are brightly patterned in vibrant orange shades. A door leads from the lounge into a large kitchen diner, perfect for cooking and socialising. The modern kitchen features a built in electric oven with hob over, kettle and toaster. There's also a built-in dishwasher and fridge freezer within the stained wood finished units. An L shaped island counter provides additional countertop space, as well as being the perfect spot to grab a glass of wine or beer while chatting. Beyond the island, a six seating dining table is located in a bright space near the window.

The three bedroom bungalow in seaside village Morfa Nefyn features a twin room alongside a double and master suite. The twin room is simply decorated with two single beds separated by a bedside cabinet and lamp. A chest of drawers sits opposite providing adequate clothes storage space. The double room is a lovely space, with a double bed to the centre of the main wall, and pine bedside cabinets either side. A pine chest of drawers is located on the side wall, with a mirror over. A patterned throw over the bed adds colour, and the small touches such as the lampshade with detailing inside are a reminder of the design flair within the property. The master suite is a gorgeous room with a cream coloured metal framed bed taking centre stage. Two bedside cabinets, a large wardrobe and tall chest of drawers also feature, along with a fabulous brown leather chest at the bottom of the bed. The patterned throws and lampshades once again add design flair into this room. A door from the bedroom area leads into a stunning en-suite with a lovely modern freestanding bathtub. Shiny stone effect tiles on the wall contrast with the plum coloured wall paint and dark wood strip flooring. A perfect space to fill up the bath, and take a soak with a glass of wine after a day out exploring. The final room of the property, the family bathroom, includes a corner fitted walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC.
