Surrounded by countryside, yet close to all amenities that you may need, Melin Llyn is but a short distance from the golden sandy beaches, small villages, rural footpaths and scenic locations of the Llyn Peninsula.  If you're looking for true serenity, along with sumptuous luxury and special features such as a woodburner, table football and your very own bar in the garden, this is the place for you.

Size – sleeps 10 in five bedrooms.
Bed – three king size beds, four single beds.
Rooms – ground floor – kitchen, lounge diner, hall, shower room, master bedroom, utility room.  First floor – king-size bedroom, single and twin bedroom, bathroom, twin bedroom, king-size bedroom.
Kitchen and utilities – double oven and electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Dualit toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Entertainment – television with DVD player, retro style GPO Sound Centre and table football.
For families – travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside – enclosed garden with garden furniture, roofed bar, BBQ and firepit
Parking – private off-road parking for up to 5 cars.
General – wifi, heating and electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided. Welcome pack of local produce provided on arrival. Supply of logs and coal included. Five hairdryers provided. Catering services and pampering services can be arranged on request.
Exclusive - Guests are eligible to a 10% discount at Cwt Tatws shop, which stocks an eclectic range of stylish home accessories and offers direct access to a hidden beach. You will also be welcomed with a cake and a cuppa.
Pets – up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £25 per dog.
Notes - No smoking inside the cottage.
