'Whether you call it the Hyatt Place or Hyatt House, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It definitely helped that they upgraded me from a standard king room to a suite due to room availability.
I only stayed one night and was not able to take advantage of the full kitchen other than the nearly full sized refrigerator. I also didn't get a chance to check out the exercise room, the pool or the bar on the 9th floor, but the bar in the lobby was nice and the food good.

'Nice to have a breakfast menu to order from. The sports bar hosts the breakfast very well.
The only downside that was a complete turn off was that our bed sheet had a big stain on it. It appears the sheet was washed but more attention has to be taken that this doesn't happen again. '

The elevator was broken, which wasn't a big deal for us, and she made sure it was okay for us to walk up stairs. There are restaurants nearby, and a convenience store next door with a McDonald's. Overall it was worth the stay.'
