'We had such a wonderful stay at The Inn at Mary’s Land Farm and would absolutely come back. We came from Southern California and stayed here in between DC and Manhattan while in town for my son’s lacrosse tournament, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. 'I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that.'

The room had bugs and we had to go to Target across the street for bug spray and the sheets were stain with black crust or something. And they also had a wedding there that made it very unpleasant due to the wedding party was very loud and rude.'

'The wifi sucks in there. If you have any device that needs to run on wifi or say example your phone is off and you need to text or u need hotspot etc, the wifi is extremely slow and poor. Their breakfast is only coffee in the morning. They do have a pool outside. The front desk agent was rude and shooed me away when i asked does the vending machines in the lobby take card.
