Beautiful location on the ocean. This unit needs some tlc with attention to cleaning and welcoming products like toilet paper ( there was none) and minor fixes to screen door and sliding door and window treatments. The small space is way too overcrowded with just "stuff" ....but that all comes down to personal preference, I'm sure others may like that feeling. It's a perfect space for 2-3 nights if you want a beautiful view.

1/3 roll of toilet paper, single sheet on bed, no ac and says it has it, only one tea towel no dishwasher. Phoned the contact number 6 times and emailed on the app with no reply. No check out instructions. General lack of supplies and support

we had difficulty with the keypad lock after returning to the property at 1030 pm on the first night.The combination lock malfunctioned and after contacting property manager we spent 20 mins trying to locate a spare key that was hidden .The manager did not know the location of the hidden key, we later found it in an obvious spot after much searching in the dark and the dirt, we found the key to eventually get back in to the unit. This caused us concern for ongoing safety and security. We also feel the need to advise, the unit was not properly clean upon our arrival. Dirt/hair/crumbs on the counter, stove and microwave not wiped down, food crumbs on bottom of fridge/freezer, visible splashes of food, toilet had blue cleaning fluid drips from partial cleaning , mirror has drips &splash marks. We wiped everything down with cleaning wipes. Despite passing on our concerns to the property manager we did not receive a response from manager or owner. We love the Shorewater & have stayed there 10+times and have never had such a poor experience when dealing with other rental units.

The room and amenities were as described and the three of us slept comfortably in the bed and on the pull out chair. The beach was lovely and had some perfect spots for sandcastle crafting!
Our sandcastle creation on the beach just steps from our door!

Lovely and quaint. Very tiny, but large accommodating kitchen. The decor was interesting and unique. Loved the friendly bunny family that lived under the bushes on our patio. The location was perfect for our purposes.I would return here.

Peaceful location

A lovely place with a beautiful view of the ocean and mainland mountains. It was very peaceful sitting outside and walking the beach. The unit is well appointed and stocked with all you need. It would have been good to have some better window coverings since it was too bright for sleeping with the thin curtains. But the bed is comfy and I loved the thick towels too.

This is a cozy studio flat: nicely decorated, very clean with a well equipped kitchen, a lovely ocean view and direct access to the beach. The heated floor in the bathroom was a bonus. It would be well suited for a single traveller or couple.

Lovely place for a holiday

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and everything was provided for our comfort - from cozy terry cloth robes, to high quality kitchen utensils and appliances, and a very comfortable bed. It's in a lovely location with the beach and ocean directly accessible through the patio doors.We would definitely stay here again!

Elegant and Unique studio

A beautiful, exquisitely decorated studio filled with everything you would need for a getaway - every appliance you can think of, lovely dishes, super comfortable bed, amazing view, private patio, smart tv, beautiful Art..I was overwhelmed when I walked in as it was so inviting. I will be back to enjoy this lovely space again.
