De volledig ingerichte luxe keuken is voorzien van granieten werkbladen, roestvrij apparaten en BBQ op het dek. Nieuwe Queen size bed en een mooie badkamer met kwaliteit beddengoed en handdoeken. High speed wi-fi, 40 inch kabel-tv, Netflix, DVD, stereo, wasmachine / droger, luchtdichte hout open haard.

Zoveel te doen - lopen het strand, kijken naar de wilde dieren, zeehonden, zeeleeuwen en adelaars, of ga voor een duik. Een van de beste vissen stranden aan de kust. Parken binnen 30 minuten rijden zijn: Spider Lake, Horne Lake Caves, Englishman River Falls, Little Qualicum Falls, Rathtrevor Beach, Milner Gardens en Cathedral Grove met zijn oude bomen. Er zijn talrijke golfbanen binnen 30 minuten rijden.

Geweldige zeevruchten wemelt in dit gebied. Verse coquilles en oesters uit het Eiland van Sint-Jakobsschelpen, slechts twee minuten afstand. Landbouwer markten in Qualicum Beach, Coombs en Courtenay met geweldige verse producten.

Secluded...or???

The cabin itself is close to perfect; spacious; all amenities present and....what a view! Everytime you walk into the main living space you will be stopped in your paces by the view! There is however quite a note; as peaceful as the views are; they are counteracted by the noise of the highway. Sitting on the deck is not that peaceful with permanent car/truck/bike noises. The public access parking is also right next to the property.

Fantastic Stay!!!

Absolute paradise! What an amazing find near Qualicum Beach. The cabin is on the beach with amazing views, and located near so many hiking trails, golf courses and restaurants.The cabin was clean and had everything you would possibly need for your stay. I could live there!! Highly recommended.

Our favourite stay in Qualicum Bay

This is a perfect cabin stay for two on the waterfront. The suite has all the necessary amenities with stunning views of the ocean. There are several great trails for hiking, biking or walking in the near vicinity. We will come again!

Really clean nice cabin. Kitchen was well stocked. Ocean view was amazing, very private and quiet. Had a wonderful time. My only issue was having to cross the lawn of the main house to deposit garbage & recycling. Would be nice to have smaller containers near the cabin. Didn’t feel right walking through someone’s yard. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful

This is our third time at this cabin. It’s clean, beautiful, and well equipped. The sunrises are amazing. Great food at a rustic restaurant is a five minute walk. A wonderful, well maintained walking trail is ten minutes away. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We just love it.

Hidden Treasure

The pictures does not capture the utmost beauty of the cabin. It was perfect for my month long live/work get away. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for meals. Groceries & restaurants were easy. A fully functional dishwasher, washer & dryer made the stay self sufficient,The wildlife were lovely neighbors (eagles, seals, ducks, seagulls). Celebrated NYE and was able to capture the Northern Lights - magical.The views were spectacular (though there were a few beach goers so it felt a tad fish bowlie). Luckily it was off season, so foot traffic was limited. Plan to come back again!

The wow factor is here!

As soon as you walk in the door you get the wow factor right away then you look out the walls of windows to the beach right there and you get it again. 3rd time for us and we will be back many more times. This cabin has everything you'd want in a vacation retreat: lots of windows (clean!), indoor & outdoor seating options, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and beach access. High ceilings enhance the feeling of spaciousness. The cabin is situated on the property to maximize the sense of privacy.

A wonderful stay!

Our second time staying here. Didn’t have the best weather, especially for afternoons on the the beach as we did two years ago. Still had some great walks on the beach which is literally twenty feet from the cabin. The place was so clean and very well stocked as far as cooking needs. Jim is a great host and I would highly recommend this property.

Seaside Luxary

Another wonderful vacation in this breath taking seaside location. Plenty of enjoyable activities including golf, biking, hiking & all sea related fun stuff! Amazing

This beach cabin was our last stop on vancouver island and we definitely saved the best till last. On walking into the property i actually had tears in my eyes, the view actually took your breath away. Just what we needed - Some oceanfront R&R

We had an amazing stay at Jim’s place, being directly on the beach was wonderful, listening to the waves crashing at our doorstep and watching and listening to the eagles and seals. Jim’s place was immaculately clean with modern decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had great sleeps during our time there. The kitchen is fully equipped & having the BBQ on the deck was lovely. The living room furniture was comfortable to sit and take in a movie or show on the smart TV. There is a nice wood-stove there for the colder months. The bathroom shower had really good water pressure and we appreciated the extra towels. We really liked the privacy of the tall fence around the property, we felt very safe at this rental and we will definitely book it again. Having screens on the windows and in the deck sliding door was nice to let in the fresh ocean air. We recommend Jim’s place 100% - if it’s available, book it you won’t regret it. Thanks for everything Jim.

A delightfully designed destination Veritable va va va voom view! Public Parking lot (and therefore people and puppies) adjacent, so less privacy than planned. Pleased to see all the pets!! Kind courteous and caring host. Will book again!!
