'The WiFi would not connect, they advertised streaming services but there was no remote for the TV. We were given two small bath towels for the entire 4 night stay. The bed only had sheets, but no blanket as pictured. The bed had a broken leg. The maid service entered our room, without knocking, 1 full day before our expected check out date. '

'Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!'

'Expedia was fine. But this property was very fair. It was managed by Capital Hotel. A VRBO. I tried to call Capital Hotel before check in .. no call back. I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted. The check in directions required that we read them 4-5 times to put all the pieces together. Also the place was advertised as a 2BR. When the check in info came in, it was noted as a one bedroom. 'Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

'I stayed for 1 night. Checking in was easy, the rotating doors to enter were not working, so I had to use the side door. Obviously not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue was there was no bodywash left in the shower. I ended up just using the bar soap, but cleaning staff should definitely double check and refill if needed. Parking was a pain because I had to park 2 blocks down in a parking lot.
