This unique property consists of two adjacent houses that share a common driveway, ensuring maximum privacy. The charming “Casa Thomas” offered here overlooks an authentic, traditional Piedmontese village. The 250-year-old rustico can accommodate up to 9 guests. It is the perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and slow down at their own pace. The absolute highlight of the outdoor area is the magnificent garden: from here, an almost unbelievable panoramic view unfolds. The view sweeps freely over the rooftops of the historic village center, across lush green hills, all the way to the sparkling blue of Lake Orta—a magical place where tranquility and nature blend perfectly.

This spacious rustico impresses with its exceptional amount of space and a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. With a total of 3 bedrooms and a separate children’s sleeping area, the house offers plenty of privacy and flexible sleeping arrangements for the whole family. 3 bathrooms ensure a relaxed experience without any bottlenecks, even at full occupancy.

The home’s social heart is divided between two inviting living rooms—one of which features a cozy dining area for shared meals. A traditional stove and an open fireplace create the perfect cozy atmosphere on cooler days and romantic evenings, lending the rustico its incomparable, warm character. The direct, ground-level access from the living room and kitchen to the garden creates an open, airy living experience. Outside, you can set up a picnic table set with a parasol and a fire pit (subject to compliance with current local fire regulations).

In the charming kitchen, a dedicated breakfast table invites you to start your day in a relaxed manner.

The upper living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and TV*, as well as a small desk with a monitor. If needed, the living room can be converted into an additional bedroom by unfolding the sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and using a folding screen to create privacy in the sleeping area. A special highlight is the stunning south-facing orientation: the view across the idyllic garden to the majestic mountain scenery across the way is a delight—the perfect place to unwind. From here, you can access the idyllic garden via the balcony and the steps.

At the end of the private driveway, cars can be parked on the property behind the gate.
