A bright and cozy 64-square-meter apartment, perfect for three people, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities).

The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette with a veranda, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace with a sea view. Guests will have access to an outdoor parking area.

The accommodations are laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, and small flat-screen TV;

- KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils) with a VERANDA;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, dresser, and desk;

- BEDROOM II with a single bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE WITH OCEAN VIEW featuring a small table and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: private outdoor parking space (space number 7), unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the entryway), portable air conditioner, crib available upon request subject to availability, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



Waste Management (mandatory)

During their stay, guests must dispose of trash daily, sorting it by type and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated on the calendar.

There are no trash bins or recycling stations in the city; instead, door-to-door collection is provided, so only small amounts of pre-sorted waste may be kept inside the home.

Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of 200.00 euros being charged to the guest.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €15 for each set of linens used.
