If you’re looking for a peaceful little corner surrounded by nature and right by the sea, yet close to the vibrant atmosphere of southern Sardinia’s main towns and its most beautiful beaches, you’ve come to the right place. The “Tramonti da Nora” house is located in the village of Marina delle Nereidi, a lush and fragrant strip of land, shaded by pine and mastic trees, immersed in the slow rhythm of the ocean waves and the chirping of birds.

We’re on the first and top floor of a small apartment building, just a short walk from the coast overlooking the village (100 m). The coastline features a pebble beach on the right, but there are many other spots where you can enter the water—the perfect setting for snorkeling and long, peaceful swims. The panoramic view from the furnished terrace lets you enjoy a breathtaking sunset that’s different every evening and take in the entire Gulf of Cagliari, but we also highly recommend watching the sunrise and gazing at the starry night sky. The house is equipped with all the amenities needed for both short- and long-term stays: a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances; a living area with a fireplace and a reading nook; a full bathroom with a laundry area; two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two beds (one pull-out); a main terrace with a sea view; an utility veranda; air conditioning and a ceiling fan, mosquito screens, and beach gear. In addition, everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including a hair dryer, iron, bed and bath linens, beach towels, cleaning supplies, and Wi-Fi. The accommodations are ideal for families, groups of friends, and couples.
