'The hotel/auberge was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Upon checking in, the staff was helpful, and very pleasant. The location is very conveniently located in downtown. Cafes, the Museo de Civilization is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There are many fine dining, casual dining and cafes within a 5 minute walk. The bedroom was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The tile is the bathroom is heated. The staff checks in in the evenings for turn down service,...

'Nette accommodatie en makkelijk te vinden en bereiken. Heel schoon en een goede ontbijt in de koffie. Ook wat goed is dat je in de lobby 24/7 goede koffie uit een automatische koffiemachine kan halen. Ook op de kamer een koffiemachine '

'Tout était parfait, le seul bémol c’est qu’il n’y a pas de contrôle sur les bornes électriques. Il y a des véhicules qui sont restés branchés tout le week-ends, gros incohérences pour les autres , nous avons dû aller recharger notre voiture à 15 minutes de l’hôtel!!! Il faudrait trouver un moyen pour remédier à la situation. '

'Beautiful, recently renovated building, spacious rooms. Well thought amenities like a good desk to work, big TV screen, comfy bed. We were greeted very friendly at arrival. Staff gave us very useful tips and made appropriate restaurant reservation. Only slight disadvantage is the distance to the historic center: you need a car to get there.'

'Ok hotel for a visit to Quebec. Staff was helpful, but not outspoken. Sufficient amenities (swimming pool, parking) and food located in the city, next to pedestrian area with a lot of restaurants and shops. Room was ok for a family, size was ok, but there was some noise at night. All in all we had an ok stay here, but was not very special. '
