'The property itself is beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, there were significant issues that impacted our overall experience. We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another...

'READ BEFORE BOOKING: there is no AC and no ceiling fans. None. They have 3 portable fans that are less than great- you will be hot. We had to take cold showers before bed to sleep comfortably and we are both young. I can’t imagine booking this with someone who is elderly or very young children. We would sit in the car with the AC on at the end of the day because we didn’t want to sit in the muggy room- and we’re from Vegas. You can open the front and back sliding doors and if there is a breeze...
