The floors weren't swept, the soap dispenser was broken off, the towels had stains and smelled like they hadn't been washed, and the front door didn't shut entirely unless I double locked it.

La propreté de la chambre était très bien mais la salle de bain est à rénovée. Une seule chaise dans la chambre et elle était défectueuse. Aucun verre dans la chambre. Par contre, les lits très confortables et c'était propre. L'accueil était très bien également.

Don't stay here especially with kids. The room was extremely dirty. Dust that been siting for years under the bed and around furniture. Dog hair everywhere. We had to buy sheets and towels. Sheets were stained, towels look old and smelled. We had to clean the bathroom because they didn't even care to just wipe and pretend. We had no choice to endure because we went for our kids chess tournament in saratoga and everything else was booked. Also they said they provide breakfast. The breakfast that they dont mention when you arrive but they advertise is granola bars and cereal on a counter of the check in office

CHECK-IN: A friendly lady who was frankly too sick to be working. Couldn't find my name, but eventually we got checked in. At 9:00 pm. there was a repeated banging on the door, We could see a young man who didn't identify himself and we couldn't understand what he wanted. We told him (through the locked door) to go to reception and have them call us. After waiting for some time, WE called reception and were told that they couldn't find our name...? The ROOM: dirty floor, clogged sink, uncomfortable bed. I would not stay here again and can't recommend it.

since booking the accomodation, my husband had broken his ankle, when visiting the area found that the snow was piled and slippery to access the sidewalk from the vehicle to gain entry to the stairs. When the person showed us the room there was water spilling from a gutter drain directly in the way of the walk to the walkway to gain access. the stairs were slippery as were wet as outside entry. The door to the room look liked it was not seal properly, may of been broken in at one time and neighbors talking outside of the rooms in early morning hours. There was a server snow advisory in the area as well so was concern to drive back home two hours after the show in town as the property was not maintain well at all. But at least appeared a clean bed so i got what i had paid for under $100.00

The 1st room I was put in was covered in black mold over by the door and all around the entire window. The bedding on the bed was dirty and stained. The room was booked for 4 people but we were only given 2 towels and told management wont allow more than that. The 1st room wasnt even equipped with a shower curtain. After the 1st night we went to the desk with our concerns and were gladly moves from that room. The 2nd room was clean for the most part, had a shower curtain. Kudos to management for putting up with 2 couples, but housekeeping may need a double check here and there and mold is not customer friendly.

So gross! The intense bad Smell of cigarettes and then some strong spray to try to cover it in the room - choking, the mattress was so dirty & super stained, the mattress cover was so dirty/stained and so worn that the elastic was gone, the queen size bed was made with 2 twin sheets that overlapped in the middle (the ripple in the middle of the bed when we walked in -is the reason we checked the bed, the windows were so dirty.... NOPE - NOW WAY, NOT STAYING THERE EVER.

The first room they put is in was filthy. Crumbs all over sheets (clearly not clean sheets). Floors were filthy. The second room had a dirty floor but at least the sheets appeared to be clean. Tv did not work. I’ve machine was out of service. “Free breakfast” was a box of opened granola bars on the counter. Would not recommend
