Onze luxe luxeaccommodatie met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers ligt in het hart van Manuel Antonio en biedt het zoete comfort van thuis met luxe speciale details en een weids en vrij uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan. Deze prachtige accommodatie is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen.

Met gewelfde plafonds, op maat gemaakte Europese ramen, met de hand gemaakte deuren en kasten, granieten aanrecht uit Brazilië, Italiaanse porseleinvloeren en glas-in-loodramen en accenten zullen de gasten zich thuis voelen tussen de vele onderscheidende afwerkingen. Met meer dan 2200 vierkante meter kunnen maximaal 5 personen comfortabel ontspannen in de ruime gemeenschappelijke woonkamer. De master suite heeft een kingsize bed met een persoonlijk bubbelbad. De logeerkamer is geschikt voor twee gasten met een ander kingsize bed. Het huis beschikt over een queensize uitschuifbare slaapbank om nog eens 2 gasten comfortabel te huisvesten in de woonkamer en ons team is geschikt voor in totaal 8 gasten met de toevoeging van een gratis luchtmatras. Geniet van spectaculaire zonsondergangen op uw eigen balkon met vrienden en familie.

Condo Paraiso combineert authentiek Costa Rica met moderne voorzieningen voor uw gemak. Er is centrale airconditioning, 20 MB per seconde glasvezel internet en kabel-tv, een nieuwe Sony 65-inch tv in de woonkamer, telefoon, vaatwasser, magnetron, wasmachine en droger in de unit, en een lift. Deze villa beschikt over een beveiligde parkeergarage met een externe poortopener, een nieuw high-tech beveiligingssysteem en een vriendelijke nachtbewaker.

Dit condominium biedt bewoners elke dag een ware natuurparade. Het kijkt uit over een luiaardbeschermingsreservaat, beheerd door The Sloth Institute of Costa Rica. De cecropia-boom vlak bij het balkon wordt regelmatig bezocht door het foerageren van drievingerige luiaards. Enorme leguanen zijn te zien in de bomen. Eekhoorn, kapucijnaap en brulapen zijn gewone bezoekers, met af en toe een aap die door het balkon zelf gaat! Spectaculaire scharlaken ara's, die opnieuw worden geïntroduceerd in Manuel Antonio, komen vaak langs en landen soms op Condo Paraiso. Toekans en een overvloed aan prachtige zangvogels worden vaak gezien. Alle afbeeldingen van dieren in het wild werden genomen vanaf het balkon van dit appartement.

Een van de unieke voordelen van deze eigenschap is het extreme gebruiksgemak; een auto is zelfs niet nodig. Tien of meer uitstekende restaurants, bars, winkels, banken en geldautomaten, supermarkten en slijterijen en een fitnessruimte zijn allemaal op loopafstand. De lokale bus naar het strand en het nationale park gaat recht voor de deur (60 cent) van je af. Het is een mooie wandeling van 25 minuten naar de mooiste stranden in de omgeving. Natuurlijk zijn er ook tal van goedkope taxi's.

The property was beautiful and immaculate. Everything you could want in a kitchen! And the views off the balcony were amazing. We had Squirrel Monkeys on the balcony, saw Howlers, Toucans, Macaws and more. Jorge the concierge was a huge help, even going above and beyond to help us locate a place to fix a tire - which turned out to be a great suggestion! The only thing we noticed was that the street noise was pretty loud with motorcycles and buses, our unit was right on the street. We are from a very quiet place and weren't used to that. But the hosts were more than accommodating. The pictures are very accurate about the views from our unit - gorgeous views of the ocean and jungle below.

This condo was spacious, well-stocked, clean and the deck had the most amazing views! You can sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous ocean views, listen to the howler monkeys and be amazed by the nature all around but also exit the front and there are tons of great restaurants within walking distance! The hosts thought of everything providing beach towels, flashlights, and even great recommendations. We loved our stay!!

Amazing all around!!

We had the most amazing family vacation!! We were so pleased with the size of the condo— the pictures do not do it justice or show the scale of this impressive palace or show the size of the massive balcony. We stayed for four nights at Tulemar before this and, while we enjoyed the beauty of it and our stay there, we were in awe as we walked into this condo. The views are exactly the same as our bungalow at Tulemar, but the size of the balcony allowed us to eat dinner outside in paradise! We saw a sloth right off the balcony, saw beautiful scarlet macaws, and tons of monkeys; one even came to visit us on the balcony! The kids loved it here and we plan to come back to stay again in a few years. It is gorgeous inside and out!

Excellent stay!

We loved where we stayed. Very central and everything was easily accessible. Our view (we were on the third floor) was outstanding! We had monkeys (all three kinds), parrots, parakeets, toucans and many other varieties of birds. The real plus of the property was the amazing concierges that assisted us. Hazel and Jorge were outstanding! They made our trip. The only disappointment was that we thought the pool was with our room and it was a common pool for the whole complex.

The property was amazing! We saw so much wildlife right off of the patio. The concierge was wonderful! Really five stars all around. The only thing to mention is the only mirrors in the property are in the two bathrooms and are not very well lit. This is only a problem for our aging eyes!

What an amazing stay! The Pacifico colonial was more than we could have hoped for. For starters checking was a breeze even though we arrived in the evening, Jorge worked with our arrival time. The home was very clean with a stocked kitchen. The lounge space was very comfortable. We woke up to stunning views. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Jorge also provided us with a list of everything good in the area. The pool was just what we needed for an afternoon break from the day. We also saw several Macaws, toucans and monkeys from the balcony. 10/10. Would love to stay here again!

Absolutely stunningly beautiful property inside and out. Far exceeded my expectations. Perfectly clean and spacious. Modern, high quality, and well appointed. Comfortable, huge beds. Huge showers. Monkeys, reptiles, and toucans can be seen right up close from the balcony. Refreshing pool looking out on the jungle. Easy garage access for your rental car (a little tight so be careful). Everything was beautifully managed by our concierge Jorge and Hazel, from start to finish. Hazel helped us with all the booking and planning. Jorge managed the arrangements with our shuttle driver when our flight arrival was delayed, he recommended restaurants and activities, made reservations for us, and gave us travel tips. He did so with a smile and perfect English. He recommended the best beach for us. We went to 8 of the 14 places he suggested and we loved all of them. Very grateful for the wonderful hospitality and stay.

We had a great time at this condo in Manuel Antonio. The condo was as described with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. We saw animals in the trees off the balcony and it is close to many restaurants activities. Jorge was very helpful scheduling activities and with the check-in/check out process.

Everything was great throughout our stay. Clean, well decorated, and easy throughout. Our concierge Jorge was great and was always easy to contact through WhatsApp and very helpful (got us a taxi in minutes!). The scenery was great and location was perfect to have everything easily walkable. Parrots, iguanas, and many other animals were seen throughout our stay. Location also felt very safe and having enclosed parking was a great feature of this location.

Paradise!

We loved our stay here while visiting Manuel Antonio. The rental was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is amazing and we saw so much wildlife from the back porch. Mariana arranged tours for us with amazing guides and Jorge was so helpful with checking us in and answering questions during our stay. The location made everything in town very accessible. Amazing! Don’t hesitate to rent here.

This unit is outstanding in every possible way. It is just as pictured on VRBO. Two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes it wonderful for two couples. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The view! Sunsets, iguanas and monkeys are there to watch from the large porch. Two iguanas stayed in the tree directly off of the porch the whole week. Safety is an important thing, there is an enclosed assigned garage space for a car. A guard, Jason, was on site from 6pm to 6am. The pool was perfect for a dip. Nice view there too. This unit is street level so in and out are a breeze. The kitchen was just right for what we needed. When I asked the concierge for bowls and knives, he brought two really nice large white bowls and sharp knives. Jorge, the concierge, yes you have a concierge here, was available always to answer questions, make recommendations, make reservations, etc. He is fantastic and a friendly guy. We had AC issues the last three days. Jorge was on top of having technicians there quickly. Location! What a perfect location. There is a grocery market and several restaurants walkable. We walked in the downpour of rain to Malargo on the advice of Jorge. It was so good that we went back another night. Sidewalks aren’t the best and cars whiz by, but it is definitely doable. Our favorite restaurants by car were Ronny’s Place for a sunset and good food, and Gabriella’s which is at the marina. The wine list at Gabriella’s wasn’t extensive and our friend ordered a $200 bottle. The next day looking at the receipt we saw this. Ugh! Manuel Antonio Park is five minutes away by car. A guide is highly recommended. Without one, you will not see numerous sloths, monkeys, a deadly snake, etc. The Espadilla Sur Beach in the park is awesome. We saw two sloths there and many monkeys. The water is calm. If I were to return to Manuel Antonio, which is most likely, I would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Expansive View

This condo is one of 12 in a lovely building. Most of the rooms were quite spacious with many architectural features. The large balcony was our favorite part of this condo - great wildlife viewing and beautiful sunsets. The howler monkeys visited one day, and we often saw scarlet macaws and toucans. The property managers were always responsive, even getting someone to fix the A/C on a Sunday. They set up a couple of excursions, and called taxi's for us. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, however there aren't always sidewalks and the road is narrow. Victoria's across the street was excellent, also TulaMare for breakfast, and Emilio's for dinner. Ronny's was great, you have to drive or get a taxi there. A few negatives: The shared pool is refreshing but tiny, about the size of a large hot tub. The kitchen had plenty of plates and glassware, but very few pans and cooking utensils. There's oil and some spices, we bought salt & pepper. We checked in approx 20 minutes early and the cleaners ere still there for at least another hour afterwards. After they left we found significant debris in the common living areas. The manager sent someone a couple of days later to clean again, much better then. If noise bothers you, bring earplugs because there is some road noise (this unit is at street level.) Bring your own laundry detergent, it isn't provided so we bought some and left it there. Re: excursions, we really enjoyed the mangrove kayaking. The catamaran trip was ok if you think of it as a sunset cruise (snorkeling visibility very poor.) We booked a guide for a small-group tour of Manual Antonio and enjoyed that as well.
