'We stayed at the forest view room and the view was absolutely breathtaking, and the beds were comfortable. It was a pleasure watching the sunrise from your bed every morning before excursions. The staff were welcoming and very competent. The hotel is a boutique style so the staff will know you by name and drive you with their golf cart from/to the main gate whenever. 'Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. '

'Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’air climatisé qui s’est arrêtée. Carlos a été très gentil et l’a réparé mais elle s’est brisée de nouveau pendant notre 2e nuit. Les draps n’étaient pas super propres. Aussi, il manque d’espace pour nos effets personnels. Pour le reste, tout était parfait. Carlos est un passionné et nous transmet sa passion avec amour.
