'We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!'

'The first room we were assigned was still dirty. The second room had staples all over the floor from the wall paper falling off. The staff was rude and acted like asking for help was too much for them. I watched multiple staff members ignore guests when they asked for help or a question.'

'There were only 2 negative aspects : 1 The room air had a very strong deodorizer fragrance. It was strong enough to be a problem for sensitive folks. 2 Our room was #101, the first one next to the staircase at the end of a hall near an entrance. The sound of people thumping down the staircase was very annoying.'
