A sumptuous villa ideally located in the center of Quiberon, facing the ocean and the majestic Château Turpault.
This exceptional residence can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children with its 4 spacious bedrooms and refined atmosphere.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, a landscaped garden, a sun terrace and private parking.

A stone's throw from the shops and beaches, it is the perfect place for a stay combining comfort, elegance and escape.

Our house is composed as follows:

First floor:

-Bedroom 1: 180 cm bed, its television and private bathroom, view of the sea and Château Turpault

You will find the other bedrooms on the garden side with access to the outside.

-Bedroom 2: a 160cm bed and TV

-Bedroom 3: a 160cm bed

-Bedroom 4: a 140cm bed

All bedrooms have storage and roller shutters.

-Bathroom with double sink and shower

-Separate toilet

A laundry room (washing machine and dryer)

The first floor:

A sumptuous living room with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Château Turpault, composed as follows:

-A large equipped and open kitchen, with its marble table, ideal for your moments of conviviality.

-A terrace "garden side"

-A living room ocean facing

-A balcony

-Separate toilets

Our main equipment: 2 TVs, 1 screen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cot, high chair, electric plancha, nespresso coffee machine, blender, raclette machine, oven and steam oven

Marie de Ty'Accueil, your on-site concierge, will welcome you to the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout the stay to answer your requests (cleaning, babysitter, baby equipment, full fridge...)

Marie can welcome you from 4 p.m., depending on availability and cleaning to be done.
Marie can welcome you until 8 p.m. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)

You must vacate the house before 10 a.m. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour)

Cleaning is included in your reservation.

Linen is provided

Smoking is welcome but outside the house

Pets are not allowed.
