"Valerio, notre hôte, nous attendait à notre arrivée. Toutes les explications nécessaires nous ont été données. Le gîte était très agréable et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol, la douche est difficile d'accès lorsque l'on est un peu corpulent. Valerio nous a consacré 2 bonnes heures pour visiter Vérone le lendemain de notre arrivée en nous montrant les endroits à voir de plus près, c'était très agréable."

"Top quality house with every thing you would need including a very friendly owner.. Quiet and peaceful and near enough to visit Mantova Ferarra and Modena. However very close by is the brilliant Carnival Museum at Bergantino. Go on a Wednesday morning when there is also a very good market."

"Building smelled strongly of urine as soon as we walked into the property. Owner said it would take 30 minutes to clean the bathroom. “Double bed” was a mattress on the floor. Property should be advertised as a hostel for accuracy. Refused to stay in a property with such poor conditions and accommodations. Left immediately."

"The check in was good and the staff were friendly, I wouldn't say very welcoming but comfortable. The food choices were limited but the breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately, the reception staff declined to help us book a taxi, which other hotels did. We therefore had to struggle with our limited communication. That was the major negative. "When you pay for a service and it’s 25 degrees outside and you get back to hotel after a long day at show you expect to have a room that the temperature is adequate to get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning was not yet operational. When I asked reception they told me it was not possible. So 5 sweaty nights sleeping with window opened. On the last morning at 7am there was no hot water. So I had to take a cold shower. I understand energy costs are hi in Italy but trying to save but cutting a/c and hot water is ridiculous!"
