'L'hotel si presenta elegante, pulito e raffinato. La zona piscina è curata e assistita bene. Il Cafè del Mar non offre un servizio impeccabile. Gli altri due ristoranti sono ottimi e il personale è professionale ma lento. La colazione è superba. Le stanze sono magnifiche. La reception funziona bene. La Spa è deliziosa ma la palestra è male attrezzata. '

'Wij hebben vijf nachten in dit hotel geslapen. Geweldige plek, midden in de Medina (smalle straatjes met winkeltjes waar van alles gebeurd, het 'klassieke' stadsleven). Ook de rest van de belangrijke plekken waren goed bereikbaar. Je kon naar het strand lopen in tien minuutjes. Het zakencentrum was iets verder, een dik half uur lopen maar de taxies kosten er werkelijk niets dus dat kon ook. Zowel Yassine (manager) als zijn collega waren erg aardig en spreken prima Engels. De 'bediening' wilde...

'Superbe hotel . Situation ideale aussi bien la piscine que la mer .... Rare d'avoir un accès mer direct au maroc et ici c'est vraiment le cas. Les batiments bien que d un certain age ont gardé tout leur charme et sont tres bien entretenus. La literie est impeccable. Le personnel est très aimable et le service est parfait. Petit dejeuner copieux et servi face a la mer....'

The area seemed quite hectic (with booths where food and clothes are sold), but once you enter the riad: full relax and quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and warmly decorated. The food is freshly prepared and very tasteful. The owners of the Riad are very helpful and will assist you with transport or any questions you might have. Staff is also very warm, friendly and helpful.'
