Villetta Mary - Salento Reservation

Villetta Mary - Salento Reservation is a charming semi-detached villa located on the basement floor, ideal for multiple families or a group of friends who wish to stay together, offering a total of 12 sleeping accommodations. It is situated only 150 meters from the sea in the marina of Torre Suda, a lovely seaside area in Salento on the Ionian Sea, part of the municipality of Racale, approximately 10 km from Gallipoli. The area is mainly made up of flat, shallow rocks that are easy to access, where bathing is widely practiced.
The property consists of a complex of three apartments, which are arranged as follows:
First Unit: An initial veranda furnished with garden furniture to enjoy outdoor meals. Inside, the structure includes a comfortable living room equipped with sofas, a table and chairs, and a kitchen fully equipped for any kind of preparation. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms: one double bedroom with an additional single bed and a second double bedroom. The bathroom is complete and has a bathtub. At the rear of the property, there is a large veranda furnished with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, where guests can enjoy the local cuisine in complete peace.
Second Unit: A fully furnished living room with a table and chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with all the comforts for meal preparation. There is one double bedroom and a complete bathroom with a shower cubicle. Outside, at the front, there is a spacious veranda shared with the adjacent two-room unit, furnished with a table and garden furniture, as well as a barbecue for wonderful moments of relaxation and outdoor dining.
Third Unit: A spacious living room furnished with tables and chairs and a kitchenette equipped with all the comforts for preparing great meals. The living room also has a sofa bed. Guests can also enjoy a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a complete bathroom with a shower cubicle. Outside, at the front, there is a veranda shared with the adjacent studio, perfect for relaxing moments and outdoor dining.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine,TV, fans, and the possibility of free street parking.
Torre Suda is a very quiet location but still close to the lively areas of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli, where one can stroll along busy streets filled with people and always-open local shops and restaurants.
All types of commercial establishments, as well as the marina's center, featuring a fantastic coastal garden overlooking the sea and hosting all the major local events, are within walking distance.
Note: The cleaning fee includes the set of bed linens and towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, Wi-Fi, parking space, and check-in/check-out.
