'Lovely and clean , easy to find , car parking was easy enough after Hayley showed us the way around the back, room was so comfy, we had a separate bathroom , so husband got confused and got a little lost, but easy sorted. 'Lovely room, quiet, clean. We were a bit worried when we saw the hotel was on such a busy street, but once we were in our room, we heard absolutely nothing from all the noise outside. Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome.
