'We had to make contact with the host as the hot tub was cold and dirty, we were only able to use it for 1 day, so feel let down.We had to move one of the setees and we then had to clean the floor as there was so much dust and other bits on the floor. As we had young children with us we ate in every night. We felt that there was not enought pots and pans for all of us. There was no instructions for the oven.I think the kitchen items need to be looked at and improved. There were no plugs for the...

'I recently stayed here with my two children and this was the first time we have stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel. The communication from Jamie was highly responsive and he answered all of my questions promptly. Our initial impression of the property is that it was very clean, the fridge was immaculate and bedding very clean plus there is a washing machine, which made life easier with my two messy eaters. It is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train station and a local...

'Very lovely little apartment that is right next door to the city centre and Norwich castle. Not too far from the train station and multiple car parks nearby that are easy to walk to.
Host is very quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area.
Price is very reasonable and perfect for a quick stay-cation away from home.'

'A great little apartment in the heart of Tombland in Norwich. We’ve stayed in local hotels previously so knew the area.
A very clean apartment on the second floor of the block. Secure parking and a secluded spot. A short walk in to the heart of Norwich with a selection of bars and restaurants.'

'Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples. Would highly recommend '

'We rarely give bad reviews, but the ad misrepresents or omits comfort and safety issues. Never met the host (evidently a company with several properties); exchanged emails with a manager, who responded promptly. Good:-Good manuals-Fully equipped kitchen—except for the lack of a dishwasher. -Location (the principal reason we rented the space) Is very good.Problematic, misrepresented, or just annoying:-Bathroom pictures do not show that shower and sink are on a raised level to the rest of the...
