'The staff was great and very polite. He even gave me an upgrade free of charge as another customer wanted the room I booked. There was breakfast available but I didn't partake. '

The tension on the locking arm is too strong. I had to put my one good foot on the door to keep it open after opening with the key card. And then I had to move quickly with my motorized wheelchair. Most of the time, I waited for my wife to open the door. The soap in the shower is in an inaccessible location. ...

'This was a wonderful house for a large family attending a Fort Knox graduation. Very large home, lots of bedrooms, and very clean. There was a lot of extra stuff that we really appreciated too; like lots of towels, food extras, and games to play! Communication was excellent, I received replies right away. Highly recommend. '
